What held across all of them: the fastest path to the right answer is talking to customers before you build anything.

Each engagement sharpened a different edge. Realtor.com was about proving that transparency could outperform deception at scale. Capital One was about redirecting a build that was already in motion. Healify was about building something from scratch, watching it fail, and understanding why deeply enough to rebuild it correctly.
